Details
Tuition includes weekly laundry service (for 3-week or longer campers) and out-of-camp trips. Transportation and Horseback Riding are additional costs.
- The deposit for all sessions is $1,500, including a non-refundable $250 application fee.
- Cancellation fees take effect after October 31 and increase steadily through March 31.
- Tuition payments-in-full are due April 1
- Families that cancel a session after April 1 are still obligated for the entirety of the tuition for the original registered session, whether it has been paid-in-full or not.
- We cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Walden offers program insurance through CampMinder’s partnership with Trip Mate. Please consider protecting your investment by purchasing either the Standard or Enhanced Plan when completing the camper application. The former costs five percent of your tuition fee and reimburses up to 100 percent of non-refundable camp fees for covered events, such as illiness, injury and job loss. The latter costs seven-and-a-half percent of your tuition fee and includes Cancel for Any Reason coverage. This feature reimburses you 75 percent of the non-refundable tuition owed to camp if you should cancel your camper’s session for any reason.
cancellation policy
- No cancellation penalties through January 15.
- Cancellations between January 15-March 15 will incur a $700 cancellation fee
- Cancellations between March 15-May 15 will forfeit the entire $1,400 deposit
- Families that cancel enrollments after May 15 are obligated for the entirety of the tuition(s) for the session(s) registered.
- Walden offers program insurance through CampMinder’s partnership with Tripmate. Please protect your investment by purchasing either the Standard Plan, which costs 5% of your tuition fees, or the Enhanced Plan, which costs 7.5% of tuition costs and includes a “Cancel For Any Reason” stipulation. We cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy!
